In an Panic Crisis (Stress Test) if the portfolio investments of abroad (120,181 million USD) and the Loans to Turkish Banks (201,000 million USD)  321,181 m USD has to be paid  immediately, Turkey would be on the asset side.   321,181 - 156,511(Reserves)  = 164,670 million USD - 143,834 m USD (other inv. abroad) = 20,836 m USD this amout would be paid from the Turkish Direct Investments.
